No Bake Peanut Butter Shakeology Balls

Now THIS is my idea of a dessert!!! Peanut Butter, Chocolate...need I say any more??? These are great to whip up a batch and leave them in the freezer for when you need a quick chocolate fix!! I suggest hiding them behind the frozen lima beans so no one will EVER find them ;)

INGREDIENTS:
8 Tablespoons PB2
3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut butter
½ Cup Shakeology
3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
½ Cup Quick Oats

DIRECTIONS:
Mix PB2 with water until it’s a paste like consistency. Mix all ingredients, including the PB2 mixture together in a mixing bowl. It make take some time to blend all of the ingredients together. If it’s too sticky, sprinkle in additional protein powder so that it’s a pretty dry/crumbly texture.
Next – Roll mixture into small individual balls (about a ping-pong ball size) and place on a wax sheet. Makes about 12 balls, 1 ounce each. Put in freezer until firm.

(now…to be honest..these taste even better when made with 6 tablespoons of PB2 and a 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter, but the calories and fat are higher. If you find my recipe above is too…well….chalky tasting…add the extra peanut butter and do a few more jumping jacks!)
