I absolutely love the fall and all the yummy fruits and veggies. And what's better than combining it all with some peanut butter!!! Can't wait to share this at our next gathering.
Clean Eating Creamy Peanut Butter Pumpkin Dip
Makes 2-3 cups
Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 10 minutes
Total time 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 Cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir frequently as ingredients war up and whish until smooth. Once the dip comes to a slow boil, lower heat and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Serve hot or chilled on your favorite fall fruits.
