I am SO very happy with the decision to re-do week 2! This time I was very focused on my workouts, didn't miss a single one and stuck to my meal plan. I was pretty hungry this week but I think that's to be expected. Doubling up T25 with Chalean Extreme allowed for a daily calorie burn varying between 300-600+. I was also able to increase almost all of my weights this week. Since this is my second round of Chalean Extreme I'm pushing hard for muscle toning and definition.
I refer to my plan as a hybrid but I'd say it's really more of just double days. I am following both schedules in their entirety. Here was my schedule for week 2. I found myself working out later in the day when my son napped but it also kind of threw my schedule off so I'm going back to morning workouts this week!
Week 2:
Monday - T25 Cardio / CLX Push Circuit 1
Tuesday - T25 Total Body Circuit / CLX Rest Day
Wednesday - T25 Speed 1.0 / CLX Push Circuit 2
Thursday - T25 Cardio / CLX Burn Intervals
Friday - T25 Lower Focus & Ab Intervals / CLX Push Circuit 3
Saturday - T25 Rest Day / CLX Burn it off
Sunday - REST DAY!!
If you follow my workouts you know I usually eat the same thing...a lot LOL. but it just works for me to keep things simple. I have wanted to start leaning out my tummy so next week I've decided to follow an even more stripped plan and cut out my morning Oatmeal and switch to egg whites and veggie omelets and a few other changes but we'll go over that next week. Here is what I ate last week
I did do some traveling out of town this week on day trips but I didn't let that throw me off track. As I ran out the door I grabbed a few snacks as I knew I would have a long day on the road and didn't want to be stuck eating at the drive thru. I grabbed apples and 100 calorie almond packs, my Shakeology packet and shaker cup and a few tuna packets. These were absolute lifesavers and I also had all the kids around me asking if they could eat the apples which made me smile from ear to ear because their only other option was packaged cafeteria food.
