Ultimate Reset Review and Final Results



We did it!!! I am so stinkin proud of us!! That was not an easy challenge but we were totally in need of it, up for it and crushed it!!

I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about this program! Sure there were days that were challenging, days we were a little hungry and a LOT of days I wanted to workout when I couldn't but we stuck to the plan to a T and got amazing results!!! Ok, ok...I'll just get to the point because I know you want the numbers already!!!

Drum roll please.......We lost a COMBINED 30.8 pounds in 21 DAYS!!!!



Melinda lost 14.8 pounds and 4.5 total inches



 Ruben lost 16 pounds and 4.5 inches from his belly!

Week 1 Review, Week 2 Review

We are NOT done here!! This was just the jumping off point that we needed to kick our motivation and dedication into high gear!! We have a little friendly competition going as we both have the same goal to lose 40 pounds....not sure all the specifics or what the prize will be but mark my words....I'm takin it!!! Sorry babe ;)

So whats next???

Today we are starting right back in the swing of things....I am working out to the 21 Day Fix and Ruben is going to be following Insanity Max 30. We are both following the portion control system since it is used by both programs so that makes things super easy!!  We've decided to add protein back into our diet but continue to leave out processed foods and dairy for the time being to see how that helps our results. So you'll see protein on the meal plan but you'll also see many of the Ultimate Reset recipes this week as well. Check out the meal plan below...


I am super excited to be jumping right back in with my challengers who are also following the 21 Day Fix program starting November 9th, right in a private group on Facebook!!
