This week was one that had a few hiccups, but I was totally fine with that. It allowed me an opportunity to unplug for a bit and really think about how my life has changed over the course of the past two years. To really think about my transformation with TurboFire, T25, 21 Day Fix and Shakeology. At that time I was the average 8-5 employee doing what I thought I HAD to do. The thought had NEVER crossed my mind that I would be sitting here two short years later as an Entrepreneur running my own business out of my home. I have always just been
a mom, or a working woman, or an average girl. I didn't know how to dream bigger. I honestly was looking for a way out of my misery. I wanted to lose weight and was looking for transformation stories for motivation and I just stumbled into Beachbody much the same way
that you stumbled onto my blog and are reading this article. Maybe you were just looking for a clean eating recipe above or maybe you were truly looking for a way to improve your circumstances. Either way I'm so glad you're here!
When I joined the Dream Team 2 years ago, it was a very new team. I had NO idea the places we would go. In fact considering that in just 2 short years we would be the #1 team was NO WHERE on my radar!
I have committed my 2014 year to being the best leader that I can be. I
have learned from the best leaders and mentors in the business.They have graciously shared every tip, trick and detail of their journey in a way that is so easy to duplicate I can do the same with new coaches who join my team! I have a coach site that
offers 24/7 access to documents, resources, trainings, scripts, videos
and more. Seriously everything that you need as a new coach to get
started is right at your fingertips. Then as you move into a leadership
role within your business there is leadership development, building a 6
figure income as a coach and more. As a successful leader I strive to
continually improve the system that we have created! I love to
collaborate with other leaders on the team to offer a variety of
strategies, ideas and directions you can take with your business. The best thing about this business is that there is no "RIGHT" way to do things. We are not all cut from the same mold and that's AWESOME!! We all bring something special and unique to the table.
The one thing that I have learned in this business is that the ones with endless hours
to build a business are not always the most successful. The most successful coaches are the ones that have a
jam packed schedule, possibly work full time already, maybe have kids,
but are busy and dedicated and driven! I have found that this business
is not a one size fits all, it's a customizable business to meet your
life! I can tell you when I started this business I was a full time working mom with an infant in daycare, a commute and long work weeks. If I could do it anyone can do it!
You can be a fitness instructor, a mom, a clean eater, a blogger, a
social media expert, a teacher, a nurse, a lawyer, doctor or business
man or woman. The bottom line is that no matter your education or
credentials you have to have some WILL and WHY power in order to
succeed! You have to be able to see the bigger picture, to be willing
to put in the time now so that you can build your future!
Beachbody for me is my dream come true! I am able to stay home with my son and raise him. I am able to work everyday when I want
and for however long I want and set my own hours around his schedule. I know that by putting in the hard work now I will be rewarded for the next 20+ years!!!! And the best part about it is that I'm not confined to my house the way I was in my office. I make this work for ME! If I'm on a long drive I can take coach calls in the car. If I'm waiting for an appointment I can respond to emails and talk to new people. It allows me to travel with my husband and my family at the drop of a hat without having to ask my boss for a day off or wonder if I've earned enough vacation hours.
How would your life change if you could grow a business like
that? What would your days would look like? For me, I can say that I'm in the best shape of my life. I can say that this is something my husband and I can do together, we brainstorm, share ideas and grow a future for OUR family. By doing this I feel that we are stronger than we have ever been before. Especially when the yucky issue of money or finances was a regular argument.

A newly landscaped back yard with beautiful patio furniture so that we can enjoy watching our children grow up
A chance to pay off credit cards and live 100% debt free
A way to have Christmas paid for in cash and not one single thing on credit cards
But this business isn't just about making it big. Sure the recognition is nice, having nice things is GREAT but at the end of the day this business affords you the flexibility to define how you want to spend your 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 365 days of the year! Maybe it will help pay an extra bill, stretch the groceries or allow you to take your family to the amusement park! The possibilities are endless, so allow yourself to dream big and ask yourself what are you willing to invest in order to achieve your future dreams!
